Hello EA Support,
This morning I tried to redeem the “BRIGHTLIGHTS” code in FC Mobile. When I entered it, nothing happened — I didn’t receive any reward or message in my in-game inbox.
Now, when I try to redeem it again, the system says that each player can only redeem the code once, even though I never received the reward the first time.
Could you please check my account and help me get the reward, or reset the redeem status for this code?

and couldn’t get rewards
I wrote again , this time 1 user can only gets 1 time written.

Today when the new redeem code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" came I redeemed it successfully but when I opened my in game mail. I didn't find it . I restarted game twice and when I tried to redeem it again from website it said one person can redeem it once . Pls solve this serious issue

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I was successful on the code redemption site, but when I entered the game, I didn't receive anything. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Have a nice day!
