Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

Don't you see people complaining today? Or you don't care about them. You're already stingy and don't care, it's boring to play this game!

Hi, it seems that there are bugs in the redeem code and extra time rewarding. Redeem codes are not accepted and award is not send to Inbox in the game. In ‘Extra Time’ choices give a block of the game. Thanks, Jan - today at 10am CET. Even sending this message in the forum seems to be difficult. general server issues?

Im not able to access extra time after I received the ‘BRIGHTLIGHTS’ code. 

I wrote the code ( BRIGHTLIGHTS ) and something wrong appeared to me and when I entered my FIFA Mobile account I did not find the prize related to the code and when I went to write the code again it appeared to me that one person cannot use the code more than once please solve the problem .

Hello, when I entered the new code, it gave me an error. When I refreshed the page and entered it again, it said I had used the code and wouldn't let me use it. When I checked my game account, I saw that the gift that came with the code hadn't arrived. Please fix this.

Hello today I redeem the code (Brightlights)it got redeem but when I entered the game I didn't receive anything and I open and close the game at least 5 time but I didn't even get message in the mailbox.I hope it to be fix very quickly and get the reward in my account (US-KING)

i redeemed BRIGHTLIGHTS code and then it shows something went wrong try again later, when i try redeeming it again it said the offer is limited to one redemption code per player, when i checked my fcmobile25 i didnt get the rewards

So I tried redeeming this BRIGHTLIGHTS code but it's saying it's limited to 1 player I didn't even redeem it so please fix it

My Extra time menu is not working and I can't redeem the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS".  I get this message "The offer is limited to one redemption code per player."
