Profile bug

Dear EA please consider this problem

My VS Attack profile shows ‘This user has not played a VS Attack match,’ but I am already in FC Champion. I reinstalled the game, but it still doesn’t update. Please refresh or sync my account so my profile displays correctly.” 

Or give me a solution what to do, i tried everything still it doesn't work.

Please look into the pics once and solve the problem.
