Any reedem code reward is not coming

Hey hxdsc3wguiqo. I understand you’re having trouble redeeming promo codes on the FC Mobile Code Redemption page. If you’re having issues claiming rewards, please make sure you’re signed in with the correct EA Account—the same one you use in-game to link your profile.
Also, keep in mind that promo codes expire, so you’ll need to redeem them while the promotion is still active.
