Promo codes are not giving prizes

My redeem codes are real but it is not giving my prizes CM: Edited to update thread title to include more context

Hey hxdsc3wguiqo. I understand you’re having trouble redeeming promo codes on the FC Mobile Code Redemption page. If you’re having issues claiming rewards, please make sure you’re signed in with the correct EA Account—the same one you use in-game to link your profile.

Also, keep in mind that promo codes expire, so you’ll need to redeem them while the promotion is still active.
