Purchase error 20005. Some store items cannot be purchased.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to make purchases in FC Mobile on iOS.

Every time I try to buy certain items in the in-game store, I receive the following error message:

“Purchase Failed. Please sign in to your app store account and try again.”
Support Code: 20005

I have already tried the following:

  • Signed out and back into the App Store.
  • Signed out and back into Game Center.
  • Restarted my iPhone.
  • Reinstalled FC Mobile.
  • Changed App Store region and switched it back.
  • Added funds to my Apple ID balance.
  • Successfully completed other purchases before, so my payment method is working.
  • No pending transactions appear in my Apple purchase history.

The issue still persists and I am unable to purchase some items in the store.

Platform: iOS
Game Center ID: Lamiable

Could you please check whether there is any purchase restriction, account issue, or store synchronization problem on my FC Mobile account?

    Hi. Thanks for providing all the details and for listing the troubleshooting steps you've already completed. Since you've already tried multiple steps, I would suggest a few additional iOS checks:

    1. Ensure Date & Time is set to Automatically (Settings - General - Date & Time)
    2. Check if you are using the Beta version of iOS
    3. Confirm your Apple ID country/region matches your current App Store region.
    4. Try purchasing using a different network connection (Wi-Fi/mobile data)
    5. If the affected offer is also available, try purchasing through the FC Mobile Webstore.

    If the error only affects specific store offers, let us know.
