Stuck on loading screen in H2H match and then loose the game, without playing

There is an issue, in that I play Head to head game mode, the loading screen stuck and I won't get in to the game , and then i lose the game this has happened to me 2-3 times in last 2 days, how can I fix, 

I have a good internet speed in which it's shows buffering and drops fps to 30 and the i switch to mobile data and this situation has happened, 

How to solve it, please help
