Purchase Issue - Songkran Star Pass Not Received
Dear FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with an in-app purchase I made this morning.
On April 2, 2026, at approximately 08:41 AM (GMT+7), I purchased the Songkran Event Star Pass for $9.99 USD.
Immediately after the payment was confirmed, the game system experienced an error and froze. After restarting the game, I discovered that I had not received the Star Pass. To verify, I checked the following:
- The in-game store still shows the Star Pass as available for purchase.
- The Songkran event section on my account has not been activated.

Could you please investigate this matter and credit the Songkran Star Pass to my account? If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund.
