Purchased a pack and didn’t receive the items even though i was charged.

Today i was on the fc mobile, i noticed i was lacking a good Midfielder, so i went to the store section of the app. I saw there was a midfielder pack available and i purchased it. I was charged and it said something about an error… I assumed it was was a glitch so i restarted the app, hoping to see the rewards when i logged in. But no rewards were there. But i was charged full price, If support can help me with this, id love it.

    I have bought a five dollar player but the player hasn’t reached my account and the money has already been taken out of my account.
