Welcome back event bug

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with the Welcome Back event in FC Mobile. The mission "Claim LVL 2 Rewards in Star Pass" is not completing, even though I have already claimed the Star Pass rewards and reached Level 25. Because of this, my 117 OVR Welcome Back Selectable Pack is still locked (3/4). I have restarted the game and checked everything, but the issue remains. Please help me fix this. Thank you.
