Ragnarok players have gone missing

I logged into the game right after todays reset then went to exchange shaards (to check how many I can redeem as of yet) and none of my ragnarok players were there they'd all disappeared. For context I had 400+ shards  worth of after daybreak players and none of them were there in my players list. Please lmk if anyone else had this issue because I can't be the only one here facing it.
