Rank failure

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
What's your device's make and model? 7 Plus
What's your device's firmware? iOS 15.8.1
What is your game version? 20.1.02
In what game mode did the bug occur? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t rank up any player
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every hour

‌

I often rank up my favorite players such as Lautaro Martinez or Declan Rice to gain training points. What is the cause of the failure? Skill points? Or anything else?

    @cdbe78292a6be12a Ranking requires to fill the needed number of players to reach 100% success in order to avoid failure. If you put in 9 instead of 10 players you probably will get failure and lose those 9 players. In order to get to full rank you need 19 cards to burn into a player.

    For example, I have Rashford who reached level 20 and rank 3; Lautaro with level 13 and rank 2 and Rice with level 7 and rank 1 What could you recommend there?

    @cdbe78292a6be12a Depends what you want to di. Do you want to rank all 3 of them? Do you have duplicates or Dudek/Mascherano cards? Is it worth spending on ranking them up if you have the coins to buy a better player from the market?

    Yes. I have enough duplicated cards of Dudek and Mascherano; but first I must accumulate the greatest amount of money to buy a top player with a higher level
