Hey screaaaam Have you tried restarting your game to refresh your transaction? Do you see that transaction as already completed on the purchase history on your Google account?
I see it as completed from my Google profile and bank account, but the in-app purchase has not been added to my account.

May I ask when exactly your transaction was completed? Make sure to give it at least 24h to get processed.
Bro,i have same problem,3rd day they cant give me my fc points.
