Rank up points not showing up on my balance although I claimed it

I currently have 2090 rank up points and have noticed I have some unclaimed rewards from VSA in Division Rivals. So all the rewards have been claimed normally and successfully except for my 350 rank up points from world class 5 to world class 1. My balance is 2090 RUP (rank up points) and I am supposed to get 350 more (total is supposed to be 2340). When I claimed the 50 points from world class 5 and world class 4, it was still showing 2090 and I thought it's just a big and it will show up after the pack opening. But it didn't and my RUP balance is still 2090. I want my 350 rank up points since it's not easy to get. I have provided 3 screenshots of this issue. Check the top right corner for pack no. out of 16.
