Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge (Join a Weekend Challenge) is broken and cannot be completed. Players are missing out on shards and rank up points. EA please fix ASAP

i need the 200 rank up tokens so bad bc i need to rank up 113 estevao to 118 i have 500 i grinded so hard in all divisions for this and this is what EA does to us
Same on german accounts... No help from EA...
Looks like many players have the same problem. There was an earlier post by someone else that seems to have mysteriously disappeared. EA are probably too lazy to resolve it so just removed the post instead
