Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Subject: Wrongful Account Suspension – EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Hello EA Support Team,
My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account has been temporarily suspended with the error code 0x00102710. I would like to respectfully request a full review of this suspension.
I want to clearly state that I have never used any cheats, hacks, third-party software, emulators, VPNs, or any tools that violate EA’s Terms of Service. I play the game only on my personal mobile device using the official version downloaded from the app store.
I am a long-term and legitimate player, and I have spent a significant amount of real money on in-game purchases. Being unable to access my account has caused me serious frustration and concern.
I believe this suspension may be the result of an automated system error or false detection, and I kindly ask for a manual review of my account activity.
If any additional information or verification is required from my side, I am more than willing to provide it immediately.

Thanks for popping this together. Unfortunately, we can't look into bans or suspensions through the EA Forums.

To appeal a ban or suspension, you'll need to send in a ban appeal to our Terms of Service Team. Follow the steps I've shared below to submit that:

If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

Open the webform.

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

Select Submit.

Then select Email us.

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
