one last question though - what happens when you press on the floor two button that is off to the left of that “doors” panel … can you please show some screenshots of that 

I've Already completed the floor 2 as seen in the screenshot here and gotten the milestone reward but I'm still unable to complete the exit of floor 1, please make sure this gets sorted out soon cause this event ends this week, and I won't be able to get the final icon reward without clearing each floor

@MannyWells So the issue is that you have completed floor 1, but have been unable to claim the floor one completion reward?

If so - contact customer service and tell them that you have rewards not received - don't mention the word bug
