I got locked out two days before the event supposed to end and wasn’t able to trade in all my points. I kept waiting for you guys to fix this clear bug and nothing!
I’m growing really frustrated with the EA Moderators who pop on here and post supposed answers/solutions without apparently reading (or looking into) what people are saying. The user experience is suffering badly enough with frequent bugs in the game and It’s just an added insult when the folks paid to address the questions/concerns of paying customers don’t provide real answers.
So, regarding this Thunderstruck event…. We’ve been locked out of spending our accumulated points on event rewards since at least January 21 and the even should either be extended to let us claim the rewards we’ve earned (after re-opening the “Lucky Strke” page), or you should compensate us for the fact that you locked us out of the event prematurely. And, if the plan was to lock the event early all along then that should have been made way more clear. If you care about the user experience and want people to spend their time and money on your game then fix this!
