Hi folks,

The Thunderstruck event wrapped up on January 23rd (UTC). You can still access the chapters until February 16th to track the conditions for the live OVR players. This is why you can still see the event. 

This information will appear on the MOTD Screen. If you dismissed it before getting a chance to read it, you can find it again by heading to the Inbox under the News section.

  • how can I use collected thunderstruck shards? is it possible to claim any player from Live thunder clash? please advise

    @EA_Lanna Where did it say it finished on 23/1? All I can see is 24 days under the event. Also, as mentioned, everything is locked...what a mess!
  • Please open the event for even a day. I guess most of us missed it because we thought we will be able to atleast use our shards to claim players and other rewards even after everything will be closed out from the Thunderstruck event. I have 705 shards, was waiting to claim the rewards. Please EA for once consider this request just for a day open the rewards section of the Thunderstruck event 🙏.

  • @EA_Lanna I thought the even still long so i Don't redeem the player ..if its already wrap better remove it . what's the use if you can't redeem the player..thank you

    I got locked out two days before the event supposed to end and wasn’t able to trade in all my points. I kept waiting for you guys to fix this clear bug and nothing!

    I’m growing really frustrated with the EA Moderators who pop on here and post supposed answers/solutions without apparently reading (or looking into) what people are saying. The user experience is suffering badly enough with frequent bugs in the game and It’s just an added insult when the folks paid to address the questions/concerns of paying customers don’t provide real answers.

    So, regarding this Thunderstruck event…. We’ve been locked out of spending our accumulated points on event rewards since at least January 21 and  the even should either be extended to let us claim the rewards we’ve earned (after re-opening the “Lucky Strke” page), or you should compensate us for the fact that you locked us out of the event prematurely. And, if the plan was to lock the event early all along then that should have been made way more clear. If you care about the user experience and want people to spend their time and money on your game then fix this!

  • I needed 3 more wins for the 102-105 pack and was hyped for it it disappointed me to see that I can't play it
