Redeem code error

Hello,

I tried to redeem the "CADEAUDOR" code but i keep getting this message: "The offer is limited to one redemption code per player".    The problem is that i've never used that code.  Tried to delete cache, log in and out etc but i keep getting this error.                                    Please take a look, i'd appreciate any help with that. Thank you.
