Redeemed codes reward gone missing

Around 3 days ago,I redeem a codes at FC Mobile official code redeem website,I didn't open/log in into the game for 3 days because of some reason.When I open/log in into the game and check the inbox,I didn't get my redeemed code reward

    If you redeemed something and it was successful, but it's not in the game, you need to raise a ticket with EA Support via the in-game menu. Forums can't help with stuff like this.
