Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G - Artificial 30 FPS Lock / Whitelist Issue

I am reporting a persistent 30 FPS cap on the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G. In the in-game display settings, under 'Frame Rate', selecting 'High' or 'Very High' displays the error message: "Currently not supported by display quality or device."

My device hardware is more than capable of running FC Mobile at 60 FPS:

Device: Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G

Processor: MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra

Screen Refresh Rate: 120Hz

This is clearly a device whitelist/optimization issue on EA's side, where this specific phone model hasn't been enabled for 60 FPS in the database. Other high-performance competitive games run smoothly at 60 FPS on this hardware.

I have already contacted in-app support twice; the first time I was promised a fix in the next update, and the second time the agent gave me incorrect information claiming the option doesn't exist. Please escalate this to the development team so they can add the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G to the 60 FPS support list in the next patch.
