Reedem Code Bug

If the code activates correctly on the redemption page but you can't see the reward in your in-game inbox, it usually means you are logging into the website with a different EA Account than the one you use in the game itself.

Please make sure to check any other email addresses you own. When you log into the game, you can go to Settings - Manage EA Account and EA Account Settings to verify the email address linked to your active profile. Please make sure your mobile web browser hasn't automatically logged you into a different, cached account. To prevent this, try opening the website using an incognito or private browsing tab!
