Reedem code problem

Hi, I couldnt get my reedem code pack. As always I do, I entered the code and I saw the message that the code is sent to mu account. But when I check my account I couldnt see anything. Now if I want to tty again, it says the code is used, it is just for one account. What should I do?

    Hey OGUNDENIZK​. Could you please specify which code isn't working for you exactly? Does it mean that you are not able to log in to your account? 

  • I literally claimed it 10 minutes before my post so that it would be after you posted. Did you have any messages in the inbox?

    Hi, the code UTOTYTRADEIN. I'm able to log in to my account. I explain again: I open redem code page using my EA account. Then write the code in the box, then send it. The code is sent. However, when I open the game, I didn't see anything in my mailbox. Is it clear?

    Is it possible you have more than one EA account? Sometimes players sign in on the website with a different profile than the one they use in-game. The code can only be used once per account.

    I have just one EA account. I have a second FC Mobile game account, but it is linked to Play Games, not related to my EA account. And I have already checked it, there is nothing in the mailbox of the second FC Mobile account.
