Hi, I couldnt get my reedem code pack. As always I do, I entered the code and I saw the message that the code is sent to mu account. But when I check my account I couldnt see anything. Now if I want to tty again, it says the code is used, it is just for one account. What should I do?

Community ManagerIs it possible you have more than one EA account? Sometimes players sign in on the website with a different profile than the one they use in-game. The code can only be used once per account.
I have just one EA account. I have a second FC Mobile game account, but it is linked to Play Games, not related to my EA account. And I have already checked it, there is nothing in the mailbox of the second FC Mobile account.
