RENAME CARD BUG

EA, I logged into the game for the first time and according to the game rules, when players log in for the first time they get a card to change their nickname, but when I went to change it for the first time I didn't get the card to change my name and I was a little dissatisfied with this probable "Bug" and I would like to ask if possible for a new nickname card, please, if possible.
