Re: 200 Drafts Vouchers bug main thread

Hello EA Support, I would like to report a recent issue in FC Mobile regarding a bug that granted around 200 tickets for free to some players.

This created an unfair advantage, as many users were able to open packs and obtain valuable players without spending any resources, while others did not have access to this bug. Meanwhile, some players have spent real money to obtain similar rewards.

I believe this situation is unfair and negatively affects the balance of the game. I kindly request that EA provides a fair solution, such as compensation for all players or another measure to restore game balance.
