Report on locked club
Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to report an issue with my FC Mobile account. The Club Mode in my game is currently locked, and I am unable to access it. When I tap on the Club section, nothing happens, and it remains inaccessible.
I have attached a screenshot for your reference showing that the Club feature is locked on my account.
I have not violated any game rules, and I am unsure why this restriction has been applied. I kindly request you to review my account and unlock the Club mode as soon as possible.

If you were suspended, you wouldn't be able to access the game at all. This looks to be an issue with your game/device.
Since it's on IOS, I'd link the account correctly to your EA account or Facebook then reinstall.
You could try raising a ticket with the EA helpdesk, but they are likely going to ask you to reinstall anyway. Make sure you link the account before taking any action.
