Request for fc mobile unban suspension

My account has had a suspended penalty for no reason since November. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned.  It's been a few weeks. I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty. EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history.  I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time, I have not been doing any violence or any harassment. to the other user, please help to get my account i also can't submit my appeal because of great ea technical support What to mention in the Platform category? Without selecting a platform, I cannot submit my issue.
