Same here. I was just about to start a topic when I saw this. I completed the 4 matches and could not claim the reward.
on Kick Off...i finished all targets and didn't get the daily reward..it got skipped...why?
Daily reward in kick off is locked after playing 4 matches.

Complicated daily four games at "welcome to fc mobile"->kickoff. But reward button is unclickable.
I cannot receive the reward this problem is not my problem alone, there are many players who have the same problem

Also reported on bugs, EA give us our packs. It sucks playing 4 games in a row and not getting reward.
I've contacted the first day, got no reply so far.
today and yesterday i played events...but did not receive any token... i tried player pack but didnt receive players. game crushed and sayed updating. i played challenge but didn't receive reward... please check it

I'm having an issue I cannot claim the reward on kickoff, This has happened twice now. I'm not able too claim any player or money at the end of the games. Please see the image. Also I was supposed too have a 80-85 overall player but was giving a 75?
