Rewarded un tradable players instead of tradable players

There is a issue/Bug in Division Rivals. I am getting Untradable Cards in V/S Attack and Head to Head group. I'm in Legendary IV Levels both in V/S Attack and Head to Head, and I'm getting Untradable Cards from Legendary V and Legendary IV Levels in both V/S Attack and Head to Head.

Please help me.

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a problem with my rewards in the VS Attack mode. The reward description explicitly stated that the players earned would be tradable. However, after receiving them, they are marked as untradable.

The main reason I played this mode was to obtain tradable players for the Market. Since the rewards I received do not match the description provided in the game, I feel misled.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide the correct tradable versions of the players or an appropriate compensation?

Hello, in the FC Mobile Counter-Attack section, the system gave me a 112 GEN tradable player as a Legend 4 reward, but the player appears as untradeable. Another player I have is also experiencing this issue. The 110 GEN Carreras player from the Star Talent Scout: Magnificent section in the Overtime section was also listed as tradable but now appears untradeable. I would appreciate it if you could fix this.

When i reached fc champion, instead of getting one tradeable player, and one untreadable player, i got both of them untreadable. I need money and this happening is not hellping. Also i can't join leagues, it says some error, but im giving it 24 hours and im gonna see how it works. Today were also some little bugs like the game felt different than other times, but i think is from the new update, im gonna see tommorow how it's gonna be, i don't even want to reach fc champion in h2h and manager mode as i don'r want the same story to be repeated.

The gift package includes both sellable and unsellable players, but when opened, only the unsellable players are present. Could the EA team please check and fix this bug? Thank you!
