Error, didn't receive the reward.

Did not receive Japan Nation’s Story prize

I correctly answered all five questions, but did not receive the reward — a Japan Pack. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, but the rewards chart still will not update to reflect my 100% completion. Error happened somewhere around 09:20 Am, IST.

It was a third day reward with a pack of ovr 109-115, and yes i did complete all three days quiz with 100% accuracy. But i still didn't receive the reward.
