Rewards and Shards not recieved

I had been collecting 50 K hems since the 2nd Anniversary event and 600 shards of the nation's story. Accidently they have not been recieved in my account.I had once only thaken the 39₹ pack that is the reason I'm left with 20 FC Points unless I'm an F2P player. 

I do support FC Mobile and respect of of the team members . Just informing our problem in hope of taking a step towards it
