Rewards for adverts not working

The Disney+ advert doesn't recognise as being watched so it's impossible to get the gems from the daily tasks or from the section in the store. Good job EA, I expect it won't be fixed...

Thank you all for flagging this issue. We’ve shared your feedback about the ad with the relevant team so they can look into it. Hopefully this won’t cause any further problems, but please let me know in the comments if you continue to experience the same issue with that specific ad.
