Rodri The World Game Card Not Appearing in Star Signings After Converting

Bug Description:

I purchased the Rodri The World Game card specifically to use it in the Star Signings event to exchange for 10,000 Shards.

After purchasing the card, I activated EXP to convert it into an untradeable card, expecting it to become eligible for the Star Signings exchange. However, after the card was successfully converted to untradeable, it still did not appear in the Star Signings menu.

I have completed the required steps, but I am unable to use the card for the intended exchange.

Expected Result: The Rodri The World Game card should appear in Star Signings and be available for the 10,000 Shards exchange after being converted to untradeable.

Actual Result: The card does not appear in Star Signings, preventing me from exchanging it for the 10,000 Shards.

Please investigate this issue and help resolve the problem. I would appreciate it if you could make the card eligible for the exchange or provide an appropriate solution.

Thank you for your assistance.
