Hello EA Support,I am writing to report an issue regarding a player card I purchased in FC Mobile.On [August 6, 2025] at around 7:00 PM, I bought the Ronaldo Nazário 109 OVR TOTS card (upgraded to 111 OVR) for 3.28 billion coins through the in-game market.However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I still have not received the card. It is still listed under "Pending Orders" and has not been delivered to my club.This is a significant purchase, and I kindly ask that you look into this issue and either ensure the card is delivered or assist me with resolving the problem.I have attached a screenshot of the pending transaction for your reference.Thank you for your support.Best regards, &nbsp;Omar1997&nbsp;

Well, its demand and supply. Is anyone selling at that price? Are there sale orders or only purchase orders? Is the price changing? Are you watching the refresh time and attempting to be the first to bid?

zb1qwa4rw4sq​ you haven’t purchased it mate - you have put in a order to purchase it, but if it is below the price at which people are selling it (the blue ones), then you won’t win the card unless someone drops their price.
if you are listing it at the red prices, they are other people seeking to get the card at lower than market value … again, you will only win the card if someone offers a card at that price.
if you cancel the order, you will get your coins back
