Ronaldo Nazário 109 TOTS Card Not Delivered After Purchase

Hello EA Support,

I am writing to report an issue regarding a player card I purchased in FC Mobile.

On [August 6, 2025] at around 7:00 PM, I bought the Ronaldo Nazário 109 OVR TOTS card (upgraded to 111 OVR) for 3.28 billion coins through the in-game market.

However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I still have not received the card. It is still listed under "Pending Orders" and has not been delivered to my club.

This is a significant purchase, and I kindly ask that you look into this issue and either ensure the card is delivered or assist me with resolving the problem.
