Scam or glitch

I just opened a pack name 'Shard pick' with 5000 extra time token and got 60 festive fixture shards.I have collected 771 shards already so 771+60=831shards but it's showing I have 801 shards. What type of glitch or scam is this EA? Fix it as soon as possible.
