Scouting Camp Issue

I didn’t receive the access ticket for the Scouting Camp mode in FC Mobile.

Can you give me an estimated resolution time??

I wait for the scouting camp tickets after what blunder ea fc has done with no option to select a desired player through shard system.

And now not receiving the scouting camp ticket on thursdays as well. Seriously this is intolerable.

Neither did I get scouting camp ticket, nor was the daily challenge available

Restart how?

Closing and reopening the game should be enough. The Scouting Camp ticket has already been granted.
