seven points bug

i spent 4k on the seven points and selected a gk 110 overall and hit confirm and no player was added to my club and it’s happend more then once too.

Haven't seen it happen to date, so next time you are in ET and claiming cards, record it.
You could try raising a ticket with the EA service desk via the in-game menu, stating missing content.

Please don't expect us to guess. Pictures or details. Whats seven points? If you spent 4k extra time tokens, then you go to home screen and inbox in top right corner
