Shanghai Festival event not showing

Same issue here.... Both on Android Tablet and on my Android phone

I have raised with the team - it seems to be random, and not widespread - it’s a bit strange.

Same issue here. I was replied by customer service that the event is only available in Asia. Scandalous !

Same here... the event is not showing up since days and i still have all my tickets to exchange...

Hey I try to figure out why the shanghai festival isn't showing up in my In-Game menu ? I have 235 tickets to exhange in the milestones ... can anyone help me to fix this ?

I have tried everything from restarting phone to clearing App cache, deleting App data, logging of of my account to completely re-installing the app. Nothing works...

The helpdesk now keeps on telling me that the event is finished since the 14th, but then I still got 2 questions:
A) why do i still get tickets today?
B)  i don't care that the event is finished and it is thus normal that I don't see the event tab in the "Featured" zone. I have NEVER seen the event tab in the "Featured" zone, so I have been disadvantaged compared to other players.

It would still be nice if you could resolve the issue and/or give us a compensation for it...

It is a known bug that has already been mentionned...

I suppose they are trying to figure out the issue but it seems it is sporadic, so only few people have the issue.

I can't believe that is the solution of this... This is clearly a bug! Why would we even get the tickets then?
The customer service guy just didn't know  and gave you a ridiculous answer... 

How did this suddenly get marked Solved? I did not hear anything about it?
