Shard exchange not working
I cant exchange all my tradable players for shards. I just bought 40 players, for 1.6 billion coins to exchange and it doesnt work. Please fix that

I saved a total of 1000 anniversary shards and now it's all gone.u have seen people face this problem to and to be honest it is very heartbreaking because all my efforts in grinding for the anniversary event is now gone ,so please I hope you can help me fix this 😭 🙏.
Same problem with me. I opened the game today and saw that I only had about 30 anniversary shards left.
