Shards glitch and rewards scam

Today I checked the shards value of the players in the exchanges in the morning it was 920

And when I checked it again in the evening it showed 760 

I didn't do any kind of exchanges or any stuffs like that 

When grinding for fc champion in all modes I received those players but now the players are gone none of them are showing in the players list

I would be grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter
