Shrards Exchange Bug

In shrards exchange window I had 2 Huber 106 ovr cards which should be traded for 10 shrards but one of them showed 250 so I thought it was a big and traded the second one and got 250 shrards and then when I check my team my Forlan 111 card which I bought just a moment ago was not there so I am confused that was it forlan that I traded but it showed Hubers I even have proof which is a screenshot of I never got Forlan.

My demand is that I want Forlan back because the error was not from my side.

I kindly request assistance of the management associated with my issue.
