Skill game bug

I was on skill game downloading page for 5 minute then I completed whole game and my ms was like 40 to 60 ig and in the ending it crashed saying bad network retry and send me to lobby and then again I go it holded me for 5 minute in downloading and loading screen of the skill game this is my time waste and I need compensation of 2000 gems....
