Slow wifi make you banned in daily picks

When i was opening daily picks choose ( the pack which cost 1000 exchange token )  the screen freezed for 20mints then it kicked me out and stopped me from logging for 670+h [ my internet is way to slow if thats can do any help ] 
And i dont see thats thing on penalty history and i tried to contact support but they said there no ban on me from their side
