Sold player did not receive coins

In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought Hernandez 98 ovr version and Sold Rodri 101 ovr version. I clicked claim all players and did not receive the 160 million money from the sale minus the tax. But I got Hernandez. So that’s a lot of money and progress I lost due to this error/bug.

I should note before this I had two untradable players in Hernandez 98 ovr version and Rodri 100 ovr version. I bought the same version of each player knowing when they upgraded to the next level they would make me a big profit when I sold them and bought the tradable version of the original ovr I had for both. 

I also started with 180 million and made sure I upgraded the tradable version of the two players I had and sold and rebought at original ovr I had for what should of been just over 60 million profit combined and yet I have 100 million left which is a loss after buying the original players back. This is a technical glitch and I obviously I am not happy I have lost over 100 million money. 

I was also selling one player and buying another player and clicked claim all players. I did not receive the money from the sale but got the player I bought in Hernandez.

I should have 240 million with the sale money in my account. But instead with the no sale money I’ve got 100 million so it’s ruined my plans on players I wanted to get.
