Someone is playing in my account
Hello EA Support,
Someone is actively using my FC Mobile account without my permission.
EA ID: ruzibekov24
UID: [Removed - CM]
When I try to log in, I often get a “login error” because the other person is already inside the game. They are playing matches, changing my squad, buying and selling players, and using my tokens and coins.
I have already secured my account:
- changed my EA password several times
- enabled 2FA
- logged out all devices
- secured my Google account
However the person still continues to play on my account.
Please terminate all active sessions on my account and secure it from unauthorized access.
