TWG Best XI Exchange - Nyland (1400 Shards) Removed Without Prior Notice

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding the TWG Best XI Exchange.

The 115 OVR Nyland, which required 1,400 TWG Shards, has suddenly disappeared from the exchange without any announcement or prior notice.

Many players, including myself, have been saving shards specifically to redeem Nyland. We spent a lot of time completing events and collecting shards for this reward.

Removing Nyland without informing the community is unfair to players who planned their progress around this exchange.

If this was an intended change, there should have been an official announcement before removing the player. If this is a bug, please restore Nyland to the exchange as soon as possible.

Please investigate this issue and provide an official explanation. If this is a mistake, please restore the exchange so affected players have a fair opportunity to claim the reward.
