Star shields, game play, and auto play

Why is the star shield not working in division rivals, I used to have 9 star shields but when I lost for the first time, the star shields were all gone and my stars were also reduced. In short, it doesn't work and all of them are gone at once just because I lost once. And I think there are so many bugs after the previous update, one of them is related to this star shield. Also in the icon action mode, two days ago, when I played and lost, I was still made to win the match, I don't know if you guys have fixed it now. Then, it seems that the auto play in some modes is also very bad, like in H2H it's like a snail and the players don't seem to have any skills.
