Star Shiled Bug

I was playing some division rivals (vs attack) and i had 17 star shileds. And after i lost a match i lost a star (i knew that i had 17 of the star shileds) and then i checked and they disappeared. On head to head i have them but on va attack no. Please do something cause there are only 4 days left on the season and i need to go up in rank :(
