Stars were not counted

Hey I was actually playing division rivals head to head and when I won I don’t recive those stars this bug happens to me for 3 matches so I lost 3 stars cus of this I couldn’t go to fc champion 10 stars unfortunately. I have been playing this game since my childhood with all the love and this happens to me it’s really hurting me. So I ask you to compensate me with that 10 thousand diamonds which I had to get by reaching 10 stars my UID of my account is-1025657079910756352 my username is P33
