Store login with EA and Google account

Hi EA team,

I’ve been trying to log into the FC Mobile Web Store at store.fcm.ea.com for a long time now, and I keep getting login errors.

My EA and Google accounts are both linked correctly to my FC Mobile account (verified in-game).

I’ve tried everything: clearing cookies, using incognito, switching devices and networks, even logging in with a different account – nothing works.

EA.com works fine, so the login system isn’t fully broken – but the store login keeps failing no matter what I do.

Support told me to report it here, but honestly this issue has been going on for weeks and I’m starting to lose patience. It really sucks missing out on web store offers just because the login doesn't work.

Please fix this or at least give us a workaround.
